About Us
Our leadership team brings significant individual experience in the restoration industry as well as expertise in acquiring and growing businesses across a wide array of industries.
Amy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management, operations, M&A, and board leadership. For nearly 20 years, Amy served as a CEO, CFO, and board member for a private-equity backed business where she successfully executed a buy-and-build strategy in the residential and commercial services space. She built a team that accelerated both organic growth and M&A, growing the business from less than $4 million to over $200 million in revenue. Amy and her husband live in Philadelphia, where she enjoys spending time with family, including her 3 children, and renovating properties.
Rick is the Chief Financial Officer of Intact Property Restoration. He has extensive experience as the CFO of multiple private-equity-backed buy-and-build strategies across residential and commercial service industries. He has held a number of leadership positions in the HVAC, plumbing, pest control, and restoration spaces. Previously, he developed and led a team that successfully acquired and integrated 16 companies in a 12-month period. His leadership experience spans multiple key business areas, including accounting, finance, insurance, and human resources, and he has led numerous operating initiatives in high-growth businesses. Rick earned his BBA from the University of Notre Dame. He currently lives in Southern California with his wife of 32 years and is the proud dad of three grown children.
Alli is the Chief of Staff at Intact Property Restoration, partnering with the executive team to drive strategic alignment, enhance operational performance, and advance key growth initiatives.
Before joining Intact, Alli served as an Investment Associate at Pritzker Private Capital (PPC), a Chicago-based family investment firm that partners with middle-market companies in the manufactured products and services sectors. In that role, she focused on financial modeling, analysis, and execution of new platform investments while supporting portfolio companies in the food manufacturing and propane distribution industries.Earlier in her career, Alli worked in business development and operations at Shiftsmart, a venture-backed workforce management platform, where she focused on growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment. She began her career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James, concentrating on middle-market sell-side M&A transactions within the safety and security sector.
Alli earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Michigan, where she was a four-year letterwinner on the varsity lacrosse team. She lives in Chicago and, outside of work, is an avid runner and yoga enthusiast who enjoys spending time outdoors.
Todd has nearly two decades of experience across a variety of roles in the property restoration industry and has expertise in team structure, project management, systems, estimating, and collections. Todd began his career as a technician at Flood Response and eventually occupied multiple key leadership positions in the business. During his tenure, Todd successfully implemented management and sales structures, job software and data analytics, job processes with a focus on customer service, and integration of the mitigation and reconstruction divisions. Aside from work, Todd has a passion for cooking and enjoys mountain and lake activities with his wife and their dog.
